Custom Forms:
A form lets you collect any sort of data from members or guests and email that data to a particular person, usually the church office. For instance, a work request form that would be emailed automatically to the church office, or a sign up form for a specific Bible Study emailed to the leader. A record of submissions can also be seen from the admin panel of the website. If possible, please include a scan of the existing offline form, or better, an electronicversion of the form.
