Upgrade or Downgrade Your Service Plan:
If you would like to upgrade or downgrade your service plan, you can do so here at any time. You won’t lose any time on your old plan, and there are no additional setup fees for upgrading (a savings of several hundred dollars). You’ll have access to new services immediately (or immediately have old services removed). As soon as you’re done upgrading, you should be able to go to the Site Set Up page, or to the Support page, and see new options available to activate new services; for example, graphic design, SEO and content updates. Likewise, these options will disappear if you’re downgrading.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: You must use the email address provided by the system on the order form. Any of the other billing data can be changed, but if you don’t use that email address, the system will think this is a new order instead of an upgrade/downgrade and you’ll be billed twice.
