Common questions.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month, or you can save two months by paying annually. Cancel anytime, and we'll hand over your site content and domain without a hassle.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Your monthly (or annual) plan includes the website build, the migration, and the configuration. No surprise fees.
What if I already have a website?
Great — we'll migrate your existing content into a fresh build on our managed hosting. If you're on a platform we can't easily move from (Wix, Squarespace, etc.), we'll handle that too as part of onboarding.
What happens if I use up my monthly Studio credits?
Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. You can buy additional packs anytime, or upgrade to the next tier — we'll prorate the difference. The Professional plan includes unlimited everything.
Do you work with non-Presbyterian churches?
Absolutely. Most of our clients are mainline Protestant, but we serve evangelical, Catholic, and non-denominational churches too. Studio was built for any ministry website.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, anytime. Your credits and feature access change immediately, and we prorate the billing difference. No recurring commitments beyond the current month.
How does the custom website on Professional work?
On the Professional plan, Pastor Dave personally designs your site — not a template, not delegated. We start with a strategy conversation, then build something tailored to your congregation's voice, photography, and ministry priorities.
