Do we have to change our phone number?

No. You keep your existing church number and your existing carrier. AI Phone runs on a separate Twilio number we provide; your carrier forwards to it after-hours or on no-answer. Your members will never call our number directly.

What does the AI sound like? Can I hear it?

Will the AI hallucinate — give wrong service times, make up programs we don't have?

What happens if we cancel?

What about HIPAA, confessional confidentiality, sensitive pastoral matters?

Call recordings are not retained beyond the structured summary we email you. We don't train AI models on your call data.
